WEEKLY WORKOUTS @ XP


Xcelerated Performance is the gym attached to Breakaway Ice Center.  Anyone -- not just hockey players or those associated with the Boston Jr. Rangers and/or North Shore Vipers -- are welcome to work out at XP.  These hour-long 2- or 3-days per week workouts are designed to help us get stronger, leaner, use the little muscles that help us balance (needed not just for hockey!!), and to help us reach our full potential.  Each workout is designed just for you -- for YOUR starting point, YOUR finish line, YOUR body.  We work out side-by-side -- laughing through the pain!! -- and leave with a sense of accomplishment.  Workouts can include dynamic lunges, bicep curls, king dead lifts, squats, lat pull-downs, push-ups, sprints, ladder work, medicine balls, and hurdles.  Yes, even pull-ups can be on the docket!  Abs are ALWAYS on the docket!

Workouts are $20/hour when in a group of 4 or more.

MONDAYS @ 5:45a or 9am
TUESDAYS @ 9a or 11:30a
THURSDAYS @ 9am
FRIDAYS @ 9am or 11a
or by arranging another time (with another group) with Pat
